Preheat the oven to 350 °F and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the oats, almond flour and salt to a food processor and blend until combined.
Add melted coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and almond butter to the processor and pulse to blend.
Press two-thirds of the oat mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form the crust, reserve one-third for the topping, prick the dough and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust bakes, pulse the blackberries with the sugar in a food processor to roughly chop and incorporate the sugar.
Spread the blackberry filling over the par-baked crust, sprinkle the reserved crumble topping over the berries, and bake an additional 25 minutes or until slightly golden.
Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
