Mix oil, melted chocolate, and granulated sugar together.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Chill the dough for several hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into the confectioners' sugar.
Roll the pieces in confectioners' sugar and shape into balls.
Place balls about 2 inches (5 cm) apart on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
