Sprinkle the yeast over the surface of the warm water.
Let the yeast sit for 1 minute.
Stir to dissolve the yeast.
Mix in the flour, salt, and olive oil.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes, adding more flour if sticky.
Place the dough into an oiled bowl.
Cover the bowl.
Set aside in a warm place to rise until doubled in bulk.
Preheat the oven to 550°F (or as hot as your oven will go).
Flatten the risen dough on a lightly floured surface.
Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle and place on a baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle with oregano, mozzarella, basil, Romano, and red pepper flakes.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the bottom is browned and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
